Our Bacon Slabs are made using selected hand-trimmed pork bellies. They are cured using a specially blended cure unit then naturally smoked using real hardwood chips, not artificial dips or sprays. Slice to your own preferred thickness and pan fry or bake until desired crispness is reached. Typically bacon is a breakfast food but it has quickly become a treat at any meal!
