Our thick sliced bacon is made using selected pork bellies that are hand-trimmed. They are cured using a special cure unit and naturally smoked using real hardwood chips, not artificial dips or sprays. This bacon takes on a unique look and flavour with the addition of a sprinkling of coarse ground pepper on the surface. Typically bacon is a breakfast food but it has quickly become a treat at any meal.
