Our traditional Double Smoked Farmer’s Sausage is complimented with cheese blended right in the sausage and available in a convenient 375 gram “twin pack”. As with many of our products, it does not contain mechanically deboned meats, soya, binders, or fillers. It is produced using top quality pork and mild seasonings. It is cooked and naturally smoked using real hardwood chips, not artificial sprays or dips. It is a fully cooked product but we recommend that it always be served hot as this will enhance the flavour.

This product is fully cooked but we recommend heating before serving. Barbecue, roast, microwave, or steam. Allow to cool slightly – cheese inside may be very hot.
