Our Garlic Sausage is a fifty-fifty mixture of quality beef and pork, flavoured with natural garlic. It is stuffed into a synthetic casing which must be removed before slicing/serving. It is fully cooked and naturally smoked using real hardwood chips, not artificial chemical sprays or flavours. It is especially tasty when thinly sliced and pan fried, but may also be served chilled.
