Eastern European flavour comes through in this natural casing sausage. Seasoned lightly with garlic, the taste of pork and beef come together for a traditional ethnic taste of this old world product. As with all our other products, our Polish Sausages are made using only good quality pork and beef; no by-products and no soya or plant extenders are used. As well, they contain no added monosodium glutamate. They are cooked and naturally smoked using real hardwood chips, not artificial chemical sprays or dips.
