Our Premium Ham is perfect for any occasion! It is made from select cuts of the pork leg which are slow-cured with a unique blend of seasonings. The ham portions are then cooked and naturally smoked over real hardwood maple chips. It is a fully cooked ham, but we recommend it always be served hot as this will enhance the flavour. These hams are available in three portions, a Shank, Butt, or Boneless portion. Each portion is labelled accordingly and heating instructions are included on the back of the label.

This product is fully cooked. Serve chilled or heated. Easy roasting instructions are included on the back of the label: 1) Preheat oven to 375’F (190’C); 2) remove ham from packaging, transfer to an open roasting pan secured over a drip rack; 3) heat for 14-16 minutes per pound (30-35min./kg), until meat thermometer reads 160’F. Cover with aluminum foil if the surface darkens before it has heated through; 4) remove from oven, loosely cover with foil, let stand for about 15 minutes before slicing. Simple carving hints are also included on the back of the label.
