Our Maple Birch Ham is made using high quality ham portions. It is cured using the finest cures and spices including a unique blend of maple flavours, then smoked using the old fashion technique with real hardwood maple chips, not artificial sprays or dips. It is a fully cooked product but we recommend it always be served hot as this will enhance the flavour.

This product is fully cooked and requires heating only. Recommended heating instructions: 1) Preheat oven to 375’F (190’C); 2) remove ham from packaging, transfer to an open roasting pan secured over a drip rack; 3) heat for 14-16 minutes per pound (30-35min per kg), until meat thermometer reads 160’F. Cover with aluminum foil if the surface darkens before it has heated through; 4) remove from oven, loosely cover with foil, let stand for about 15 minutes before slicing.
