Ingredients
- 4 ea Harvest Meats Angus Beef Burgers
- 4 ea Whole-Grain Flat Breads
- 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 4 oz. extra virgin olive oil
SALSA:
- 2 red vine tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion skinned and chopped
- 3 sprigs fresh dill stems removed and chopped
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 oz. extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
TZATZIKI SAUCE:
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cucumbers peel, remove seeds, and dice
- 1 sprig fresh dill stem removed and chopped

PREPARE BURGERS:
- Place frozen burgers on hot, oiled grill. Grill burgers for 5 to 6 minutes each side, until cooked through.
- About 2 minutes before beef burgers are done, brush on extra virgin olive oil to both sides to keep in moisture and reduce drying.
TO MAKE THE SALSA:
- Remove seeds from tomatoes and discard. Chop remaining tomatoes into pieces (about 1/4" each). In a medium mixing bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, chopped red onions, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, 2 oz. extra virgin olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss together and set aside.
TZATZIKI SAUCE:
- A store-bought tzatziki sauce of your preference will work for this recipe. Of course, fresh-made tzatziki will taste better. If not pressed for time, then combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
ASSEMBLE:
- Spread tzatziki sauce onto bottom portions of flatbreads. Add cooked burgers. Spoon salsa on top of burgers, add crumbled feta cheese, and top with flatbread.
